Delivery methods

Delivery is by courier GLS that will handle transportation and delivery guarantee speed and reliability.

Shipping and delivery

Power Service srl guarantee delivery within a range of time ranging from a minimum of 24 hours for the goods in stock, up to a maximum of 5 working days, depending on the availability of the product and the type of payment.
Orders are processed upon receipt of confirmation of payment.
Once processed the order, the product will be given to the courier who will make the delivery within a maximum of 2 working days (24/48 h).
The courier does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.

Costs for shipments National

For orders up to € 2.000,00 excluding VAT:
fixed delivery charge of € 15.00 per delivery and practice management plus 2% of the net purchase.
For orders over € 2.000,00 excluding VAT:
fixed delivery charge of € 15,00 for practice management and delivery most 0.5% of the net purchase.

Costs for shipments International

For orders up to € 2.000,00 excluding VAT:
delivery cost fixed fee of € 40.00 for the practical management and delivery plus 2% of the net purchase.
For orders over € 2.000,00 excluding VAT:
delivery cost fixed fee of € 40.00 for the practical management and delivery most 0.5% of the net purchase.

Withdrawal via your courier

You can choose your pick up by your forwarder, in this case, the shipping cost is not calculated.

Receipt of goods

You can at any time check the status of your order.
Login now. Once logged in, click on “Order History” and then on the order number you wish to control. Under “Details Shipping” will find a link for viewing the tracking.

Always remember:

Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
check the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip. In case of anomalies and/or breakage recommend to accept the neck writing on the delivery receipt: “AGREE WITH RESERVE”, indicating the reasons for failure.
